Minimum Age Requirements:
Firearms
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase a long gun (i.e., rifle or shotgun with a shoulder stock); and
You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase a handgun/pistol, pistol grip firearm, “other” firearm (i.e., Mossberg Shockwave), or any frames/receivers.
Ammunition
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase ammunition for long guns.
You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase ammunition for handguns/pistols, pistol grip firearms, and “other” firearms.
Note: Your state/locality may have restrictions that exceed the minimum federal requirements. Please ensure to check local laws prior to ordering firearms or ammunition online through the Quantum Defense, LLC website. Once your order is received, we will separately run compliance checks for all purchased firearms. If a firearm is restricted in your ZIP code, it will be unable to be shipped and your order will be cancelled by our staff.
Cancellation Policy:
(1) Orders may only be canceled prior to order processing/fulfillment.
(2) Canceled orders will receive a refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
(3) All canceled orders are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Returns Policy:
(1) Ammunition - Due to safety considerations, all ammunition, cartridge, powder, primer, and hazardous material sales are final.
(2) Firearms - All sales of firearms (i.e., rifles, handguns, shotguns, receivers, and frames) are final. Quantum Defense, LLC will not accept returns, exchanges, store credit, or refunds for firearms that are legally transferred into the customer’s possession since they are considered “used”. However, prior to finalizing the legal transfer at the customer’s local FFL dealer, please ensure to visually inspect the firearm, frame, or receiver for cosmetic or functional defects. If the defects are found prior to completing the legal transfer, please have the customer’s local FFL contact us to arrange a return label to replace the defective item.
Once a firearm is legally transferred into the customer’s possession, and a cosmetic or functional defect is found, the customer is responsible for contacting the firearm’s manufacturer to initiate warranty replacement or repair.
A restocking fee of $50 plus shipping costs will be applied if the customer’s local FFL does not accept the order; or if the order is returned to Quantum Defense, LLC due to failed NICS background checks.
(3) Accessories and Non-Serialized Gun Parts - These items may be returned to Quantum Defense, LLC within 30-days of delivery receipt if in unopened original factory packaging, unused condition, is not missing components, contains all supplemental documentation, and includes the proof of purchase (i.e., packing slip/invoice/receipt). If these criteria are met, the customer will receive a refund to the original payment method (subject to a 25% restocking fee).

Shipping Policy:
(1) Firearm Orders - Firearm orders are only shipped to valid FFL dealers that provide a legible and signed copy of their license to Quantum Defense, LLC.
(2) Missing Items - Missing items in shipments must be reported to Quantum Defense, LLC within 2 business days of delivery to be eligible for a replacement.
(3) Incorrect Shipping Addresses - Quantum Defense, LLC is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer.
(4) Carrier Claims for Delivered Shipments - Quantum Defense, LLC is not responsible for missing, stolen, or lost packages after a shipment is successfully delivered (i.e., delivery scans and/or picture evidence prove successful shipment delivery to the destination address).

Secure Firearm Storage in North Carolina:
In accordance with NCGS 14-315.1, any person who resides in the same premises as a minor, who owns or possesses a firearm, and stores or elaves the firearm (i) in a condition that can be discharged and (ii) in a manner that the person knew or should have known that an unsupervised minor would be able to gain access to the firarm, is guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor if a minor gains access to the firearm without the lawful permission of the minor's parents or a person having charge of the minor and the minor:
(1) Possesses it in violation of NCGS 14-269.2(b);
(2) Exhibits it in a public place in a careless, angry, or threatening manner;
(3) Causes personal injury or death with it not in self defense; or
(4) Uses it in the commission of a crime.
